On Friday, Malacañang reported the nation's readiness to help its Southeast Asian neighbor Indonesia as gigantic seismic tremor and wave (earthquake & tsunami) crushed Sulawesi Island a week ago. The Palace said in an announcement that 'the Philippine government will give budgetary help through the ASEAN Coordinating Center for Humanitarian Assistance on Disaster Management'.
